EYELASH EXTENSION GUIDELINES
Minimising damage to the eyelashes
When eyelash extensions are applied, it is necessary to continue to grow healthy eyelashes as much as possible.
If you go to a salon with makeup on, you will have to remove it with a remover just before the procedure, which will cause damage to your eyelashes.
Furthermore, if you use water-proof type "mascara" or "eyeliner," you will have to scrub with the remover many times to remove them. This not only damages the lashes by friction, but also damages the delicate skin around the lash line. On the day you wear eyelash extensions, please do not wear makeup that is difficult to remove.
For best results it is advisable to arrive to your eyelash extensions appointment without makeup.
Preventing the glue from deteriorating to make the extensions last longer
Any amount of makeup particles on your eyelash will have a negative impact on eyelash extension adhesion.
Don't be overconfident and think, "There are no cosmetics on my eyelashes, so I'll be fine!" If you are overconfident and use "eye shadow," fine particles will get on your eyelashes, which will affect the longevity of your eyelash extensions.
Eyeshadow contains oil to adhere to the eyelid. If you apply extensions while eye shadow is still on your eyelashes, the glue will deteriorate, and the eyelash extensions will not last as long. To make them last longer, it would bebetter to have the extensions done while your eyelashes are clean and particle free.
As mentioned above, cosmetics on the lashes will greatly affect the longevity of the extensions, so please do not wear "eye makeup" when having extensions done. Cosmetics on your eyelashes will mix with the oil in the glue and weaken the adhesive power. It is best to come without makeup if possible.
Do not apply eyelash serum on the day of the treatment.
Eyelash extensions cannot be applied to thin eyelashes. For this reason, some people may use eyelash serum on a regular basis to nurture their lashes. You want to apply eyelash serum to nourish your eyelashes and grow firm lashes, but some ingredients of the serum may weaken the adhesive strength of the glue.
Avoid using eyelash serums on the day of your eyelash extensions. In addition to eyelash serums, it is also advisable to refrain from using coating agents.
Removing makeup will be charged.
Of course, we can remove it here even with makeup on. However, as mentioned above, it will put a burden on your skin. We would like to take the time to clean it carefully.
